Course Description:
“Themes from the Epistles” is a thought-provoking and spiritually enriching course that explores the letters of the Apostles, written to guide, encourage, and correct the early Christian communities. From Paul’s passionate exhortations to live by faith and grace, to James’ call for practical holiness, to Peter and John’s teachings on endurance, love, and truth — the Epistles remain a treasure of wisdom for both ancient and modern believers.
This course highlights central themes such as justification by faith, Christian unity, spiritual gifts, perseverance in suffering, love as the foundation of Christian living, and the hope of Christ’s return. Students will not only encounter the deep theological insights of the Epistles but also critically engage with their practical implications for daily life, community building, and personal growth in holiness.
